D5.2 presents the integration of a set of sentential and sub-sentential aligners into the platform as web services.
D5.2 presents the integration of a set of sentential and sub-sentential aligners, first described in D5.1, into the platform as webservices. The report details the implementation of these webservices and the conversion of the input/output format of each aligner into the Travelling Object (the common format adopted by PANACEA). Sample workflows involving aligners and other modules of the platform (e.g. crawlers) are presented to demonstrate the usage of aligners in acquisition pipelines.
